We usually come up with excuses not to get busy with losing weight and get in shape and we’re convincing ourselves we have something better to do, keep ourselves occupied with other things in order to fool ourselves and really believing it. Analyze your excuse and ask yourself if it’s acceptable. If not, what is the real reason you wouldn’t take action? There are people scared of failing and feeling bad about themselves and going into deeper depressions and lowering their self esteem. Change is not that bad and failing occurs only if you allow it to occur.
Keeping a positive attitude always helps. Most of the time people think negative and again they come up with excuses and they go back to the old life style. Don’t let low self esteem overcome you. It’s not like you’re building a space rocket, losing weight is not as hard as that.
Lack of time is also a common excuse because we let it become a problem. Being disciplined and keeping a strict schedule will certainly help and soon enough you’ll get over the hard part, results will show and your determination will grow. Think about how good you’ll feel about yourself at the end, how good you’ll look and that you’ll be always in shape.
