WEIGHT LOSS THROUGH EXERCISE


In many cases losing weight and sticking to an exercise plan is much harder than you thought in the first place. - try to find some of your friends or family to go with you. It's always better if you're not surrounded by strangers. A friend can make you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout a class.
