Jessica Alba's trainer says she knows how to keep a well-balanced diet and control herself. Moreover, when going out to dinner she will only eat half of what's on the plate because in the US the portions are huge. Well... the higher the price, the smaller the portion, but still there are lots of carbs on a plate of food wherever you'd go.

Her daily meals would consist of scrambled eggs, chicken breast salad or fish salad, sashimi, petit beef filet and unlimited veggies and fruit. Her diet consists mainly on fruit, vegetables, whole grains, low fat cheese and lean meat. She allows herself snacks and from time to time she'd give in for her craving:
“You need to indulge and have that chocolate cake whenever you feel the need.”
