Ever since she gave birth to baby Violet (her and Ben Affleck's baby girl), she got back on track and went back to her previous weight. Her weight loss plan did include lots of exercising, apart from eating less and healthy. She's a true force and she managed to do all this and still save time to be a mom the beautiful baby, now almost 2 years young (December 2nd).

Her daily meals include breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks in between. Although it might seem a lot of eating, her main food intake is based of fruit and vegetables mixed in her meal. Jennifer Garner has a healthy diet that does not exceed 1600 calories a day, containing chicken, grilled salmon, egg white omelet and lots and lots of veggies and fruit.
The workout plan consists of a well balanced workout for all muscle groups, alternating them daily. Her routine is basically 50 minutes workout, 5 times a week, with 5-10 minutes warm-ups on the treadmill.
Ben Affleck is probably following the healthy diet his wife approached and says he lost weight by eliminating bread from his meals. He also focuses on fruit and vegetables, avoiding |
| fiber-rich food such as bread, and going for more water intake, with fewer calories. Also, he pays attention to his portions, as a balanced diet is nothing without the sense of self control. |
