HEALTHY FOOD SUPPLY CHECKLIST FOR MEN


Single men have this one usual problem: they never have a well stocked pantry and this is one of the main causes they feed on snacks, chips, fast food and Coke. They are usually prepared with alcohol and snacks, but they need the assistance of a woman to get healthy supplies and keep it that way. You don't need to buy fancy stuff, but the basic food that can provide a healthy intake without much effort on their part; we all know how lazy these guys can get.

So, you don't know what supplies to buy? Of course, you're a man... I have absolutely no idea what I need to make soup or lasagna, but here are a few healthy things any guy can get and get a fast, healthy meal out of it.

1. Water is the first thing you need. Of course you can get it fast, but having cool water in your fridge can turn out to be a lot better than you expected. Save an empty Coke bottle and use it to store water in your fridge.

2. Milk is the source of calcium and you can make sure you get your regular milk intake by mixing it with cereals.

3. Fruit - it doesn't matter what fruit you prefer as long as you get it! It's a great snack supplement.

4. Peanut butter is a great source of fat free protein. Eat it on toast in the morning to get a fresh start for the day.

5. Eggs and butter - not that you'll start baking pop tarts now, but if you ever want to impress a date, eggs and butter are a must-have.

6. Frozen sea food and lemons. Get a few more lemons to put some lemonade in the fridge, next to the water. When you feel the urge for some soda, reach for the lemonade - instant cooling!

7. Mayo, cheese and bread - do not exaggerate with these, but do not eliminate them either. If you have an active life style, fat should be in your diet - never eliminate fat from your diet because it can do good in our bodies, in MODERATE amounts.

8. Mustard - replace mayo with mustard on sandwiches whenever you get the chance to cut off the fat intake.

9. Pasta, rice and cereal. Do you want a fast meal? Don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen? These three can save you loads of time, but do not eat them every day. Try to have a moderate breakfast, a well-balanced lunch that will provide energy to help you through the day and have a light dinner to sleep well and be in the mood for sex.

10. Spices and herbs and a must so that you can cook tasty meals. Always keep some at hand - buy lots of them in small quantities and always try to get them fresh. Always go for fresh supplies of everything!

If you're really in the mood for some good ol' cooked meal, pay a visit to your parents, get a woman-friend to cook one for you or go out to a restaurant.

Always save time and spend more of it doing whatever else you like doing, but DO NOT go for fast food and try to eliminate snacks. Drink moderately and stay away from cigarettes. Keep this in mind, try to respect these simple lines and you'll be just fine!
