FAST WEIGHT LOSS

We can't settle for less... Everything has to be fast and moving constantly.
In the case of weight loss, we can't apply this because it's simply impossible. It took you a few months, maybe years to gain that extra weight and now you want to get rid of it in just two weeks?? Think about it. Don't you think it's absurd? You sure have heard about some wonder diet or about a weight loss product that will do it's job fast and with no effort on our part.
Weight loss pills boomed on the market and all these producers claimed massive weight loss in a few weeks with no exercising required. And good for them if they got rich because they knew how to focus on this human flaw most people have: laziness. We want to lose weight, but wouldn't it be great if we didn't move a muscle? Come on people! Let's get serious and do something for ourselves for a change. It's not for anyone else, but for ourselves. I'm not losing weight for my neighbor or as a favor to my hot colleague at work. I'm doing it to look better, feel better and especially to have better sex. You might not know, but think this way: you lose weight, your more fit, more attractive, bendy, lighter... do you see where I'm going here? Your sex performance will dramatically improve, my friends! You don't have to believe me now, but when you've lost that weight you'll remember reading about that somewhere.
Most of these weight loss pills have proved to be true bullshit and they didn't deliver. That's why people finally started to get the fact that exercising is not only more efficient, but healthier too. But marketers have managed to damage the idea of exercising too. And that by advertising bad products on the same bullshit idea of here and NOW! There is no now, my friends... I'm sorry to say it so brutally, but some things actually take time. You can't see a 30 minutes show in 5 minutes, you can't read a whole novel in a few hours without losing a lot of the action and you certainly can't lose weight as fast as these people say without damaging your body. You won't even lose as much weight as they say; you get rid very fast of a few pounds and then pause. You want to know why? Because those few pounds that you lost SOOO FAST were water and muscle mass. When you reach that point where is harder to lose weight doing the same things, that's the point where you actually reached fat and you need to BURN IT. And you do that by exercising.
One other thing: all that weight that you lose so fast will comes right back in a few weeks after you finish with that product. Again here is why: you just lost 10 pounds in a short period of time - which is actually water and muscle mass - and you go back to your daily routine and menus. You'll eat junk food, fast food and fats and your body (that just went through a rough period with your diet and all) is now hungry and has to strengthen up. So what will your body do? It will absorb all that fat and deposit it back and then ask for more. Weight loss means exercising and eating healthy. And you want to keep doing that (but not as drastic) even after you finished your weight loss program. Making a habit and a life style out of this is not only healthy, but it will also get your body past that craving for fats period, you would have lost weight over a longer period of time and your body won't be as fatigued.
Do not feel discouraged when you crave for a hamburger or sausage. Go for it every now and then. Just don't over eat, don't do it every day and allow your body to satisfy these cravings every now and then. The day after you go back to eating a good healthy meal and exercise 5 more minutes for that hamburger you had the other day.
Bottom line: lose weight over a longer period of time, exercise and eat healthier. Make a life style out of exercising a few minutes a day and varying healthy meals. Eating healthy does not mean eat carrots for the rest of your life. It means eat more fruits, more vegetables, fried chicken, fish, etc... NOT FAST FOOD. You can do that too every now and then, but try to do it as less often as you can.
