All celebrities look good... well, not ALL of them, but there are actually a handful of them that don't look good or don't take care of their bodies. Either it's a male or female celebrity; they all have nice shaped bodies, great hairstyles, clean skin, white teeth and a nice tan. And it figures actually, it's quite obvious why they look so perfect: if they wouldn't, then their notoriety will suffer and people won't be interested anymore in seing them in magazines or on the big screen. And when this interest in them decreases they suffer financial drops: no more contracts.

As celebrities are people just like the rest of us, they sometimes fall into the diet traps. There are plenty of people willing to push a diet plan that might not be efficient or healthy at all to the extreme... and celebrities would pay for it because they want to stay in shape. It's only human to make mistakes and get tricked into buying a worthless product. Even if the diet might be a healthy and efficient one, remember that not all people get the same result out of the same diet plan because of many factors. I would sum them all up very simple: we're all so very different... So they have to look for the perfect weight loss diet just like the rest of us.

A true model for me is Claudia Schiffer and her will to keep a healthy lifestyle. She's searched and tried lots of weight loss plans until she realized that they only mess her body up and gave up. She's just sticking to her regular 3 meals a day routine, rich in vegetables and fruits, and gave up snacking during meals. She does, however, give into her temptations and has some chocolate or other treats from time to time because it's ok to satisfy your cravings as long as you don't eat a box of chocolates at a time.

The same dieting plan is followed strictly by Geri Halliwell and Claire Sweeney. Geri has given excessive exercising and weird diets a try and decided to forget about diets after she realized the benefits of eating healthier. Claire has turned to Weight Watchers after a failed detox plan and kidney infection from the Atkins diet. Enough was enough, so she decided to follow this healthy way of life.

Gwyneth Paltrow has been on a 'meat, eggs, dairy products and caffeine'-free diet for years until she got pregnant, period during which she gave in to assure a complete food, vitamins and minerals intake for the baby. After she gave birth to her beautiful baby Apple, Gwyneth went back to her regular macrobiotic diet, but not following it as strictly as she used to.

Thanks to role models like these magnificent women presented above, the world is coming back to its senses and the skinny figure is going out of style slowly. Take care of your bodies because that's what you're having sex with. Keep it healthy!
